A credit card is required, for new clients, when booking either online or on the phone. Without your credit card on file, your appointment will not be booked. Although I do not charge your card when booking your appointment, it will be manually charged with 50% of the total of the services booked after a no show. I do require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment in order to avoid the charge on your credit card.
Existing clients, that do not have a credit card on file, yet, and fail to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours, will be charged 50% of their services and will be required to provide a credit card for next appointment.
