Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required, for new clients, when booking either online or on the phone. I do not charge your card when booking your appointment, it will be manually charged with 100% of the total of the services booked after a no show. I do require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment in order to avoid the charge on your credit card.

Existing clients, that do not have a credit card on file, yet, and fail to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours, will be charged 100% of their services and will be required to provide a credit card for next appointment. When buying a package or gift card online, your credit card will immediately be charged.

No refunds on services, products, packages and/or gift cards. All purchases are final sale.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Due to my personalized client care and services, I can not guarantee to hold your scheduled appointment if you are late. If you notify me ahead of time, I will do my best to accommodate you accordingly.

 If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I will most likely, have to reschedule you for a later time or day, subject to availability. Clients’ who arrive after their scheduled time will be charged in full for their session and may reschedule their session for another day.
